  1. Introduction These Terms of Service govern your use of the NexaShine Ltd. website and the commercial services we provide. By using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms.

  2. Commercial Services Provided NexaShine Ltd. specializes exclusively in professional corporate, clinical, retail, and industrial cleaning solutions. The specific scope of work, frequency, and operational protocols for each client will be detailed in a separate Service Agreement or approved commercial quote.

  3. Client Responsibilities To ensure our team can deliver the highest standard of service, the client agrees to:

  • Provide uninterrupted access to the premises at the scheduled times, including keys, security codes, or fobs if necessary.

  • Ensure the working environment complies with all UK Health and Safety regulations, providing a safe site for our personnel.

  • Notify NexaShine Ltd. of any hazardous materials, fragile surfaces, or specific security restrictions prior to the start of work.

  • Provide essential utilities on site, including running water and electricity, required for our commercial equipment.

  1. Payment Terms & Commercial Credit

  • All invoices issued by NexaShine Ltd. must be paid in full within the timeframe specified on your invoice (typically 14 or 30 days via Bank Transfer/BACS).

  • NexaShine Ltd. reserves the right to charge interest and statutory debt recovery costs on late payments in accordance with the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998.

  • Persistent non-payment or late settlement may result in the immediate suspension of cleaning services until the account is balanced.

  1. Cancellation and Rescheduling

  • Clients must notify NexaShine Ltd. at least 24 hours in advance for any cancellation or shift rescheduling.

  • Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee equivalent to the full cost of the scheduled shift to cover allocated labor.

  1. Liability and Damage Restrictions NexaShine Ltd. exercises maximum professional care on site. However, we cannot be held liable for:

  • Normal wear and tear or inherent degradation of property fixtures over time.

  • Pre-existing structural damage, scratches, or permanent stains present before our service.

  • Damage caused by faulty property installations (e.g., loose shelving or fixtures).

  • Any operational damage claims must be formally reported to NexaShine Ltd. in writing within 24 hours of service completion.

  1. Insurance Cover NexaShine Ltd. maintains comprehensive Public Liability Insurance up to £5,000,000 to protect your commercial assets against operational risks. A digital copy of our insurance certificate is available upon request.

  2. Service Quality Guarantee We operate under strict quality control checklists. If any part of our cleaning service does not meet the agreed contract standard, contact us within 24 hours. We will audit the issue and rectify it promptly at no extra charge.

  3. Intellectual Property All content, design, graphics, and brand assets displayed on https://nexashine.co.uk are the exclusive property of NexaShine Ltd. Unauthorized reproduction or commercial use of these materials is strictly prohibited.

  4. Governing Law These Terms of Service and all associated commercial contracts are governed exclusively by the laws of England and Wales. Any legal disputes arising from our operations will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
